C. Douglas Moran Joins PSM Partners

We’re excited to welcome C. Douglas Moran to PSM Partners as our General Counsel. With over 30 years of experience, Doug brings a wealth of legal expertise and leadership to the team. Throughout his career, he has supported organizations of all sizes in navigating complex federal, state, and local employment laws. His work has included drafting and reviewing handbooks, policies, procedures, and employment agreements, as well as advising on onboarding, DEI initiatives, return to work programs, and COVID-19 related compliance. In addition, Doug has represented employers in agency proceedings, arbitrations, and court matters, including both jury and bench trials.

Doug has partnered with a wide range of clients, from single member LLCs to Fortune 500 companies, collaborating closely with HR and People Operations leaders to create thoughtful, compliant, and effective workplace policies. He is licensed to practice in Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Texas, and admitted to several U.S. District Courts and the Sixth and Seventh Circuit Courts of Appeals. Over the years, Doug has been recognized for his outstanding work as a Super Lawyer in Employment Law (Michigan, 2006; Illinois, 2019 to 2024) and as a Leading Lawyer in Illinois (2019 to 2024).
